When the electrician arrived, he immediately assessed the issue and competently addressed the problem. The electrician, after solving the problem, patiently explained everything to us, and gave us his professional advice as to what basic steps we can take, thus ensuring that we do not have a repeat experience. The electrician identified the problems straight away and walked me through the next steps. He was very polite, quick, and thorough. Everything he worked on was double and tripled checked. I look forward to working with the crew at Mr. Sparky again as we fix up our new home.

I had a circuit breaker tap out, and although I do some of my own electrical work, I don’t mess with the breakers. I called Mr Sparky today, next available wasn’t for a week. I was a little disappointed but got put on the wait list in the event something opened up sooner. Not 30 min later I got a call from the technician that he could be there in 30 min. Jeff Brazil was my technician and was courteous. He repaired my breaker quickly. I appreciate the prompt service.

What an absolutely amazing experience. We had a tree fall from the neighbors yard and wrecked our electrical lines. It was late afternoon on a Friday, when my wife called. They were on-site within a hour or so. and had us ready for the power company to come hook us back up within about an hour or two after that. Both technicians were very friendly and professional, they answered all the questions and thoroughly explained the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.
